রান্নাঘরের পাত্র
একটি রান্নাঘরের পাত্র হল একটি ছোট হাত ধরা হাতিয়ার যা খাবার তৈরির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। সাধারণ রান্নাঘরের কাজগুলির মধ্যে রয়েছে খাদ্য সামগ্রীকে আকারে কাটা, খোলা আগুনে বা চুলায় খাবার গরম করা, বেক করা, নাকাল, মিশ্রিত করা, মিশ্রণ করা এবং পরিমাপ করা; প্রতিটি কাজের জন্য বিভিন্ন পাত্র তৈরি করা হয়। একটি সাধারণ উদ্দেশ্যের পাত্র যেমন একটি শেফের ছুরি বিভিন্ন ধরনের খাবারের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে; রান্নাঘরের অন্যান্য পাত্রগুলি অত্যন্ত বিশেষায়িত এবং শুধুমাত্র একটি নির্দিষ্ট ধরণের খাবার যেমন ডিম বিভাজক বা আপেল কোরর তৈরির ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। কিছু বিশেষ পাত্র ব্যবহার করা হয় যখন একটি অপারেশন বহুবার পুনরাবৃত্তি করতে হয়, বা যখন রান্নার সীমিত দক্ষতা বা গতিশীলতা থাকে। একটি পরিবারের রান্নাঘরে পাত্রের সংখ্যা সময় এবং রান্নার শৈলীর সাথে পরিবর্তিত হয়।
